The 2016 Leorie Vineyard Cabernet Franc is a special bottling of a red from one of our finest vineyards on the Old Mission Peninsula. There is a good concentration of dark berry fruit, a coffee-like spiciness, and complementary oak in the finish. This wine is only available in this shipment. It is full bodied and wonderful when sipped on its own and also pairs well with an assortment of hearty winter fare. Pairings we recommend include: slow roasted pork loin, vegetable lasagna, gyros, and BBQ beef ribs.
