This is a delightful semi-dry style cherry wine made from all
Northern Michigan cherries. It has a wonderful combination of sweet
and tart cherry flavors and a refreshing finish.
Flavor and Aroma:
Dark red fruit aromas and a hint of spice are followed by rich
sweet and subtly tart cherry flavors.
Residual Sugar: 4%

The semi-dry style of this fruit wine makes it very food friendly.
Recommended cuisine includes, BBQ meats, fresh fruit and cheese
plates, and ethnic fare with a bit of spice. It also makes a great
Cherry Wine Sangria (use any sangria recipe and substitute cherry
wine for red wine) or a nice warm holiday mulled wine. See below
for our mulling recipe.
Mulled Cherry Wine
1 btl Cherry Wine, 12 oz. water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 teapsoon ground clove, a couple sprinkles of ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients into sauce pan and give it a good stirring.
Heat gently, but do not boil, and do not stir again. Skim off the
spices on top, serve & enjoy.

A friend gave me this as a gift and it is the best wine I've ever had. It is sweet but dry and very smooth! I highly recommend.
