Pleasantly surprised

The intriguing color hooked me at first. I finally opened a bottle and found it to be crisp and flavorful. Just a hint of sweetness and very refreshing.

This wine was a wonderful surprise! We are long time fans of Black Star Wines (we are transplanted from Michigan to Maine—bummed that we had to have it shipped to a friend in Massachusetts) This wine has an cocktail-like feel and complex flavor ranging from bourbon through citrus and floral notes. We can’t wait to see how it develops if BlackStar keeps making it
