We are excited to introduce the third vintage of this sparkling wine made from 100% Riesling that is produced from grapes grown on the Leelanau Peninsula and Old Mission Peninsula.

Flavor and Aroma:

This dry bubbly has delicate pear and green apple notes on the palate complemented by bright acidity and great minerality on the finish.

Residual Sugar: 0.9%

Aging Potential:
Sparkling wines when consumed young show fresh crisp qualities. When cellared properly this wine will soften and start to display a beautiful creaminess on the palate and will easily last five years.

Thoughts for Food:

Great as an aperitif, this wine pairs with a myriad of appetizers including cheese and fruit plates, baked brie, shrimp cocktail and oysters.
